History: Track Niagara has counted among its ranks a member of Canada's National Team and a world class Master runner. It began 25 years ago as a hard-core group who met at the founder's house for training runs. Today, we're as avid about recreation as race times, while home is now the Niagara Falls Badminton & Tennis Club.
Social: We meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Sunday mornings (pick one, two or all three) to run or walk. There's "how was your run?" socializing in the Niagara Falls Badminton Club lounge, and we go as a group to several races each year. We even have get-togethers that don't involve running (but can include beer and chicken wings).
Training: Running your first race, or trying to improve your time? You can draw on the support and expertise of runners with experience at all distances from sprints to ultramarathons. As well, you'll have access to professional coaching in speed workouts at the nearby Oakes Park running track.
